团队介绍：一款科幻写实的全平台(手游/PC/主机)射击项目，使用UE5引擎研发，欢迎加入我们。

1、游戏中图形渲染相关特性的开发，根据需求开发高级渲染效果，增强游戏表现力； 2、Lumen和Nanite等UE5相关特性维护及按需扩展； 3、地形，植被，光影，Houdini工具链及其它PCG关键技术研发； 4、制定工作室研发工具管线方案，开发low-level tools和引擎功能，帮助研发团队提升研发效率； 5、游戏中性能优化相关工作，针对需求定制增改UE5引擎底层功能； 6、全平台图形兼容性分析以及疑难问题的分析定位工作，和美术及技术团队深入合作，实现业界顶尖的画面效果和性能适配方案。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业优先；其他具备扎实计算机基础课程背景亦可； 2、具备扎实的编程基础与良好的工程习惯，熟悉C/C++（或具备较强C++学习与落地能力）； 3、有较强的算法与数据结构基础，有ACM/ICPC、CCPC等竞赛经历者优先； 4、具备Unreal项目经验（课程/个人项目/实习/开源均可），了解常见引擎模块与开发流程； 5、对图形开发、渲染管线、GPU/CPU性能、内存与线程等有兴趣并有实践尝试，具备基本的调试与定位能力； 6、良好的沟通协作能力与自驱力，能够在复杂问题下进行拆解、验证与推进。

加分项 1、有图形开发经验（渲染特性、Shader、后处理、光照、材质系统、渲染性能优化等）或阅读/分析过引擎渲染相关源码； 2、有性能优化经验：Profiling工具使用（如Unreal Insights、RenderDoc、PIX等）、性能归因方法、优化方案落地与复盘； 3、有游戏项目实习经历，参与过引擎/客户端/性能专项等工作并能清晰描述贡献； 4、游戏经历丰富，尤其对射击类游戏的帧率/延迟/操作响应/画面表现等维度理解较深，能从玩家视角提出可工程化的改进建议； 5、有跨平台开发/适配经验（移动端/PC/主机之一或多个），理解不同平台性能特征与限制。
