团队介绍：Data-抖音团队，负责抖音APP的推荐算法、AI大模型应用、内容算法、增长算法、广告自动化投放、智能对话等算法工作，对接全链路各体裁（短视频，图文）各业务（内容消费，互动，UGC，双列，社交，生态，垂类，创作，消息，汽水音乐，精选，随变，增长投放，评论，内容理解&安全、智能对话等）。我们的工作涉及大规模推荐算法的优化、多业务复杂约束下的优化问题、多模态内容理解、LLM基础技术研究、业务Agent化和创新AI落地应用、CV/NLP等多个学术领域的算法改进工作、对多种场景的推荐架构的设计和实现和对产品数据的复杂深入的分析工作。在这里，你可以深入钻研机器学习算法的改进和优化，探索工业界最领先的推荐系统架构和推荐大模型算法、可以通过使用最新的大模型技术支持抖音的AI分身、业务智能化、智能客服等创新探索；可以通过对产品的深度理解和思考，将算法应用到业务中去；也可以通过对产品和内容生态的深度分析，影响产品未来的发展方向。

1、负责智能客服、AI分身、作者创作助手等场景的智能对话算法研发，建设以多轮、多模态交互为核心的大模型能力； 2、依托LLM、VLM等基座模型开展监督微调、偏好优化、强化学习和模型蒸馏，提升意图理解、指令遵循、上下文管理和对话策略能力； 3、研发知识检索、工具调用、任务规划、长期记忆和结果验证等Agent能力，推动模型从回答问题向完成复杂任务演进； 4、建设多轮对话、工具调用、人工偏好和线上失败案例等后训练数据，并建立覆盖任务成功率、事实性、一致性和安全性的评测体系； 5、推动智能对话模型规模化落地，持续优化客服问题解决率、创作任务完成率、用户满意度、响应延迟和服务成本。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数学等相关专业优先； 2、具有扎实的机器学习和深度学习基础，理解Transformer、LLM及VLM的基本原理和常见后训练方法； 3、在多轮对话、Agent、RAG、工具调用、长期记忆或多模态交互等一个或多个方向有研究或项目经验； 4、具备扎实的Python及PyTorch编程能力，能够参与大模型数据构建、训练和评测工作； 5、具有良好的产品理解、实验分析和团队协作能力；有相关论文、开源项目、竞赛或实习经历者优先。
