团队介绍：小荷健康是字节跳动旗下的医疗健康品牌，我们致力于利用大模型技术，探索医疗健康服务的新范式，孵化了“小荷AI医生”app，为用户提供专业的健康咨询服务。小荷健康拥有专业的医学和互联网产研团队，认真探索AI医疗。

1、深入探索大模型在医学问答、辅助诊疗、用药安全、医学影像理解、报告解读、医疗Agent等场景中的应用，支持医疗大模型的端到端评测、效果分析、问题归因与持续迭代； 2、制定医疗大模型评测标准，建设自动化评测基建与评测Agent，围绕医学事实性、诊疗合理性、指南一致性、安全风险、多轮对话、工具调用等维度，提升评测效率与可信度； 3、构建高质量医疗数据，包括医学评测集、训练数据、知识库数据、医学文献、指南、药品说明书等数据的采集、解析、清洗、质检、合成与管理，支撑模型训练、评测和产品优化； 4、结合业务需求建设医疗Benchmark和专项评测方案，度量医疗大模型、医疗Agent和多模态医疗模型能力，并通过数据分析推动模型能力提升。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业，有大模型、数据工程或评测相关工作经验； 2、具备良好的编码能力和工程基础，熟练掌握Python/Go/Java/C++中至少一种开发语言，有数据处理、后端服务、任务调度或平台系统建设经验； 3、熟悉大模型基本原理及应用，了解Prompt、RAG、Agent、工具调用、LLM-as-Judge、自动化评测等方向，有相关系统开发经验者优先； 4、理解数据建设与评测方法，包括数据采集、清洗、标注、合成、质量评估、Benchmark构建、误差分析和结果归因； 5、对医疗AI方向有兴趣，了解医学问答、临床诊疗、医学指南、药品知识、医学影像、电子病历、医学文献等场景者优先； 6、具备良好的问题拆解能力、自驱力和跨团队协作能力，能够推动复杂项目落地。
