团队介绍：基础设施经营管理与平台团队，聚焦于数据中心与供应链的研发、交付、资产相关业务域经营管理与数字化平台建设。其中，研发平台面向字节硬件研发团队提供数字化平台服务，实现产品的全生命周期管理；交付平台围绕计划、采购、建设交付的大交付方向，将各环节的信息共享与透明化；资管平台面向全球资产管理团队提供数字化平台服务，提升资产管理质量与效率，保障资产安全与合规；经管业务与经管平台主要围绕资源预算、成本管理与分析、结算等业务场景，搭建经营管理体系并建立系统化的管理手段。

1、负责数据中心、硬件供应链数字化系统（采购、库存、计划、物流等）整体技术架构设计、架构治理与性能优化； 2、主导系统的技术选型、方案设计与架构评审，设计ERP、SRM、WMS、TMS、APS、MES等多系统集成架构； 3、负责系统性能优化，保障业务链路的稳定性、可观测性与容灾能力，推动技术规范与架构治理体系建设； 4、关注AI在供应链领域的落地应用与技术赋能，推动架构升级与技术创新，持续提升团队工程效能。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业优先，5年以上后端技术架构相关经验，具备团队管理经验者优先； 2、至少精通一门编程语言，包括但不限于Golang、Python、C++、Java等，具备扎实的计算机基础，深入理解微服务、分布式系统与高并发架构设计； 3、熟悉供应链领域业务，具备ERP、SRM、WMS、TMS、APS等系统的架构设计或研发经验，具备优秀的系统设计能力、问题排查能力与技术判断力； 4、具备IDC、硬件、半导体行业供应链经验者优先，具备AI、大数据在供应链领域应用经验者优先； 5、具备良好的自驱力与学习能力，优秀的沟通能力、组织协调与项目推动能力，英语可作为工作语言者优先。
