1、负责生态伙伴客户成功服务体系的规划与运营，围绕AI消耗、客户活跃与续约增长、服务质量、伙伴人员管理及服务基础动作，设计并持续优化服务策略、标准和运营机制； 2、建立伙伴服务资质、认证与分级管理体系，明确客户成功经理及AI交付工程师等关键角色的能力标准、认证规则、准入与退出机制，推动伙伴人才专业化建设； 3、搭建伙伴服务质量管理体系，制定服务规范、关键动作检查清单与评估标准，通过过程巡检、质量评估、风险预警及问题复盘，推动服务问题闭环，对持续不达标的伙伴提出整改、降级或清退建议； 4、建设伙伴赋能体系，围绕客户经营、AI场景识别与落地支持、客户风险管理等主题，设计课程、工具模板、话术卡和实战带教机制，先在一线验证，再形成可复制的方法与案例； 5、搭建服务运营数据体系，定义服务覆盖、关键动作完成度、客户健康度、AI消耗、NDR、续约风险及客户满意度等指标，通过数据分析识别瓶颈与机会，形成清单化动作并跟踪结果； 6、沉淀标杆实践与运营方法论，将有效机制产品化、工具化，持续提升伙伴服务效率、服务一致性和规模化运营能力。

1、本科及以上学历，4年以上To B客户成功、服务运营、生态伙伴运营、解决方案或咨询相关经验，有SaaS、企业服务或渠道生态背景者优先； 2、具备服务体系或运营机制建设经验，能够独立完成标准设计、流程搭建、指标定义、运行监控和复盘优化，并将复杂要求转化为一线可执行的清单、模板和工具； 3、理解To B客户经营逻辑，熟悉客户健康管理、续约与增购、风险管理、服务质量管理等关键环节，能够从业务结果反推服务动作； 4、具备AI在企业服务或客户成功场景中的实践经验，理解大模型的能力边界，能够识别高价值场景并推动形成可复制的落地路径； 5、数据驱动能力强，能独立搭建运营指标体系，从数据中识别问题、定位原因、提出动作，并持续跟踪改进结果； 6、具备伙伴赋能或人才发展经验，能够设计能力模型、认证体系、课程内容和实战带教机制，有团队管理或跨团队项目管理经验者优先；具备优秀的跨团队沟通与推动能力，能与伙伴管理层及内部多职能团队协作，在复杂业务环境中明确责任边界并推动结果落地。

加分项 1、有从0到1搭建AI服务体系、伙伴认证体系或生态服务质量管理体系的经验； 2、有增值服务、服务定价、商业化运营或服务成本管理经验，能够兼顾客户价值、伙伴收益与业务可持续性； 3、有企业数字化转型、业务咨询、培训讲师、教练或课程研发背景，能够提炼标杆案例并形成方法论； 4、熟悉营销、销售、生产、HR、财务等企业业务场景中的一种或多种，具备行业解决方案经验； 5、有SaaS、AI产品客户成功或渠道伙伴管理经验； 6、主导过伙伴认证、服务验收、佣金规则或客户增长体系建设。
