1、参与字节跳动内容社区风控算法的设计与优化，为每一位抖音用户保驾护航，参与解决欺诈、色情、刷量等各类风险问题； 2、参与Agentic AI架构研究与演进：参考行业标杆，推进风控Agent的架构升级与工业化落地，打磨领域Skill/Tool框架，优化GUI交互、复杂工具调用、长短期记忆管理、长链路任务编排和多Agent协同等，打造具备自演进能力的下一代智能风控架构； 3、参与构建科学评估与Harness Engineering体系：构建高质量的领域数据集，设计科学严谨的Benchmark评测体系，构建工业级Harness Engineering系统，持续驱动模型能力边界的突破。

1、扎实的机器学习与深度学习基础，具备模型研发经验，熟悉LLM、VLM、RLHF等相关技术； 2、有较强的工程实现能力和代码调优能力，熟悉掌握各类AI工具，熟练掌握PyTorch或TensorFlow； 3、具备跨团队沟通和项目推动能力，能在复杂场景下提出创新解决方案并落地； 4、具备系统的研究思维与独立思考能力，对风控领域的复杂性、对抗性有浓厚兴趣，敢于挑战现有技术范式。
