1、参与飞书品牌营销各个项目，协助输出从创意观点到落地的全过程，推动多部门沟通协调，以及各环节基础工作的支持； 2、参与与供应商的协作，在项目执行中辅助沟通与积极推进工作； 3、参与策划及撰写基础物料，积极协办日常工作流程。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、喜欢观察生活，关注各种创意类的事件或信息，不局限于广告、文艺影视作品，对创意有理解和看法； 3、拥有较好的视频、平面创意意识，具备良好的文字表达功底，懂得克制谐音/押韵/网络热词，最好有工作之外的创意或文本类作品（如杂文、短篇小说、博客、视频、播客类等形式不限）； 4、熟悉使用飞书；对AI领域和AI工具有一定了解和实践； 5、实习时间需要6个月以上，每周5天，可批准学校事由的短假。
