1、负责生活服务业务的资源运营，包括但不限于资源统筹与运营，制定流量、补贴等资源分配策略等，提升资源使用效率与转化效果； 2、建立资源效果评估体系，跟踪核心指标，形成数据化运营报告并迭代策略； 3、协同上下游，推动产品基建完善，如资源度量工具、过程监控工具等，更好借助资源助力业务的发展；向下游联动业务团队，就资源策略达成共识推动高效执行； 4、挖掘运营全流程中的效率提升空间，借助产品化思维或工具化手段（如数据分析工具、流程自动化工具等）优化运营链路，实现工作效率与运营效果的双重提升。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上互联网运营相关工作经验，具备本地生活服务、O2O行业资源运营或治理相关经验者优先； 2、具备逻辑分析能力，能快速拆解业务问题、定位核心矛盾；数据分析能力扎实，熟练使用数据分析工具，可通过数据洞察运营机会与风险，形成可落地的策略方案； 3、具备良好的职业操守，有高度的责任心，拥有出色的沟通表达与团队协作能力； 4、具备产品化思维或工具提效意识，过往有借助产品工具提升工作效率、改善业务结果的实际案例。
