ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：集团信息系统部（Corporate Information System）负责字节跳动信息系统建设。通过构建领先的信息系统，助力公司业务和组织的长期高效经营与发展。与此同时，在安全、隐私、合规层面持续治理，为公司的稳健发展保驾护航。字节跳动的业务模式复杂，用户规模大。到现在，集团信息系统部已经覆盖人事、财务、法务、采购、审批、职场等多个领域，隐私安全工作同步开展，AIGC创新孵化也在逐步落地实现。

1、参与相关内部产品的全流程体验设计，包括用户调研、交互设计、视觉输出与验收跟进； 2、探索AI在企业内部产品中的应用场景，将复杂的业务逻辑转化为清晰、高效、低认知负荷的界面； 3、参与设计组件与规范的建设，推动内部产品体验的一致性； 4、使用代码（HTML/CSS/JS）或AI编程工具快速搭建可交互原型，验证设计方案并推动落地； 5、与产品经理、前端工程师、业务方紧密协作，确保设计方案的业务准确性与技术可行性。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，设计相关专业优先； 2、每周出勤4天，持续实习3个月以上； 3、具备扎实的交互设计与视觉设计基础； 4、有良好的逻辑思维能力，能理解复杂业务流程并将其转化为清晰的信息架构和操作路径； 5、有较强的自驱力和沟通能力，能在模糊需求中主动定义问题、推进方案。

加分项（有以下任一即可） 1、AI产品设计经验：有AI对话交互、智能推荐、LLM应用等相关项目经验；理解AI的概率性输出特征，能设计合理的Fallback与边界态方案； 2、代码原型能力：能使用HTML/CSS/JS或借助AI编程工具（如Cursor、Claude Code等）快速搭建可交互原型，用代码验证交互方案而非仅停留在静态稿件； 3、企业级/B端产品经验：参与过后台管理系统、数据平台、审批流程等复杂B端产品的设计； 4、数据可视化能力：有Dashboard、数据报表等信息可视化设计经验； 5、动效/原型工具：熟练使用Principle、ProtoPie、Framer等工具制作交互原型。
