日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责商业化产品相关的优化迭代工作，包括信息流广告的链路优化、策略优化等，提升广告收入； 2、分析用户行为数据，优化广告体验和策略，减少用户流失。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、能连续实习6个月； 3、有产品相关实习经验优先，商业化/UG/激励相关经验优先； 4、逻辑清晰，沟通能力强，能主动推动事情，有数据分析能力优先。
