1、参与字节跳动中间件产品（AGW/Eventbus/ByteLink/ByteTask等）的设计、研发与性能调优； 2、负责抖音和相关产品线信息与调度、接入与流量的架构治理，保障业务架构按照最佳实践演进； 3、紧密结合AI场景，负责AI场景的探索和落地，利用AI重构当前产品形态。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业优先，具备扎实的计算机科学基础，包括但不限于数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络等； 2、具备优秀的编码习惯和架构设计能力，熟悉一种或多种开发语言，包括但不限于Golang/Java/Python等，精通Go语言优先； 3、熟悉分布式系统原理，对微服务架构、高并发、高可用有深入理解和实战经验； 4、熟悉常见的存储与中间件（如MySQL、Redis、MQ、RPC等），并了解其底层原理； 5、深入研究过开源消息队列（如Kafka、RocketMQ）源码者优先； 6、了解事件总线（EventBridge）及事件驱动架构（EDA）者优先。
