日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深度了解产品和服务的特性，协助团队从法律合规、产业论证、技术实现、设计理念等不同角度分析优劣、盲点、优化重心与发展趋势； 2、密切追踪和理解国际政策和立法动态，协助团队将立法和政策等规制或规范思路与产品服务逻辑对接和交互； 3、支持研究流程各环节，包括信息收集整合、问题框架搭建、项目协调设计、论点和论据支撑、学术会议主旨发言和讨论、学术论文写作、研究成果落地等； 4、有跨学科交流能力，能与业务、法务团队及不同背景的同事交流，协助团队提供有价值的输出的同时能够获取所需的研究思路、方向； 5、支持集团内部隐私和数据保护培训和相关活动，协助团队设计培训材料、活动和流程。

1、本科及以上学历在读，法律、公共政策、计算科学（偏社会和隐私安全方向）、隐私工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够进行专业交流和撰写专业文本； 3、对隐私和数据保护相关的法律、技术和社会问题有基础理解，熟悉欧盟数据保护法（GDPR、EUDPR、ePrivacy、LED等），并对其他国家和地区相关立法有基础性了解； 4、对数字治理相关议题有研究兴趣，对2018年以来欧盟（以及其他国家和地区）在数字治理领域的若干立法有基础性了解优先； 5、具备持续学习能力，对新知识和技能保持开放态度，并能迅速适应变化；能够在多元文化背景中工作，尊重和理解不同文化和观点。
