1、深入业务场景，洞察商家在管理与经营中的痛点，制定并迭代可落地的策略方案，帮助商家提升经营效率与管理能力； 2、站在平台视角，推动行业健康增长从抖音平台的视角理解房产行业生态，面向行业不同角色（如商家、经纪人、门店等）设计激励与牵引机制，促进生态的长期、可持续发展； 3、用数据驱动决策，把问题拆清楚跟进业务核心指标变化，对异常波动进行归因分析，深入挖掘根因，提出可验证、可推进的优化建议，并推动闭环； 4、把想法产品化、工具化，提升效率基于业务需求沉淀方法论，输出产品功能或工具建设建议，推动策略落地规模化，让“做对一次”变成“长期可复用”。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、踏实靠谱，有基础的数据能力：能做基础的数据处理与分析，并愿意用数据验证判断、支撑决策； 3、有项目推进意识与主人翁精神，沟通清晰、能协同多方把事情做成； 4、持续学习，喜欢挑战和独立思考，并敢于提出观点与方案。
