日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、跟踪多模态生成等前沿方向的最新进展，深度调研网文、短剧创作与视频生成领域的不同AIGC创作路径，覆盖文生视频/图生视频、可控生成、角色一致性与视频风格化等方向； 2、结合国际化市场多语言、多文化的内容场景，评估前沿技术在真实业务中的落地价值，输出高质量调研报告与技术选型建议，为业务出海与内容创作提供技术决策输入； 3、参与剧本生成、视频创作与配音等全流程AI自动化产线的设计与优化，包括但不限于： 1）Agent设计与编排：基于LLM/MLLM构建创作智能体，设计任务规划、工具调用、多Agent协作与记忆机制，实现「剧本生成→分镜脚本→视频生成→配音合成」的串联自动化； 2）数据处理：负责训练数据的采集、清洗、标注、质量评估与合成数据扩增，沉淀高价值数据资产，构建可持续迭代的数据飞轮； 3）模型训练与评估：参与模型选型、微调（SFT/DPO/LoRA等）、多模态对齐与效果调优，搭建自动化指标与人工评测相结合的效果评估体系，持续迭代模型与生产流程； 4、与数据、产品、工程等团队紧密配合，推进从数据、模型到上线的全链路闭环，保障技术方案在真实场景中稳定落地； 5、沉淀可复用的通用能力与技术资产（如数据管线、基础模型与工具链），推动成果跨业务复用； 6、撰写技术报告或学术论文，推动成果对外发布与顶会投稿。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、数学、统计学、人工智能等相关专业； 2、可实习6个月以上，博士学位或相关领域有突出成果者优先，精通模型算法原理，具备扎实的深度学习理论基础，熟练掌握Python编程，熟悉PyTorch等主流深度学习框架； 3、对AI充满热情，具备良好的沟通能力、分析与解决问题能力、创新意识，能够快速学习和掌握新技术，敢于突破传统思维，自驱力强，能主动探索并实现核心算法。

加分项： 1、具备多模态理解与生成、AI短剧创作、视频风格化等相关实习/项目/顶会论文经验； 2、有AIGC作品集（如AI短剧、AI视频、风格化Demo）者优先。
