1、组织收集整理项目设计条件和基础资料，收集客户需求，牵头地产组相关部门共同确定产品设计标准和技术要求，编制设计任务书； 2、组织概念竞赛，方案、初步设计和施工图及后续阶段设计管理工作，对设计质量、计划、进度负责； 3、根据项目开发计划、工程施工计划和招标计划，组织制定项目图纸（清单）设计计划和技术标编制计划，明确专业分工和专业配合工作，定期检查计划执行情况； 4、组织建立以图纸为核心的质量控制体系，组织图纸审核和协调专业间技术配合，对设计质量实施过程控制； 5、根据现场工程进度，适时组织现场巡视，建立材料/设备管理机制，确定材料/设备选型及其外观分级，负责工程材料、设备样品和工程样板的确认和管理。

1、房地产公司3年以上及甲级设计院或外资设计公司5年以上建筑设计管理经验； 2、熟练掌握各类设计软件及办公软件； 3、能独立承担大中型复杂项目的设计管理工作，对专业业务知识有较强的钻研精神； 4、敬业踏实、细心严谨，具有较强的项目管理能力，能组织协调好项目各方团队； 5、有AI设计/BIM设计经验者优先。
