1、负责设计与实现面向实际业务场景的Agent智能体，包括任务规划、工具调用、对话管理等，持续优化智能体在复杂场景下的稳定性、成功率与成本； 2、参与或主导基于RAG的知识问答/助理类应用设计与开发，包括检索、召回、重排等模块的工程实现与调优，建设与维护知识库、索引与评测体系，提升检索准确率与整体体验，搭建和维护评测集与标注流程，对模型效果进行持续评估与数据驱动的优化； 3、参与基于LLM的业务系统架构设计，包括服务拆分、接口设计、模型调用层、缓存与监控等； 4、负责关键场景的Prompt设计、调优与版本管理； 5、深入理解业务需求，将大模型能力转化为可交付、可迭代的产品功能。

1、扎实的后端工程基础，具备3年以上服务端开发经验； 2、熟悉至少一种服务端开发语言，Golang优先（或Java/Python等）； 3、有良好的工程习惯：代码质量、测试、日志、性能与可观测性； 4、有大模型应用工程经验，熟悉Agentic架构，有相关开发经验者优先。
