ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：风控产品部门负责规划和执行字节跳动业务风控工作，致力于构建和输出相关能力，以助力业务提升安全风控水平，增强对抗和运营效率。日常工作涵盖业务问题对接、风险评估、策略分析、风控方案的制定和推进，以及产品能力的建设和应用，理解机器学习和大模型的能力边界，不断探索 AI 在风控领域的应用以提升对抗的效率。

1、负责字节跳动各业务的风险感知体系搭建与黑灰产情报研究工作，为风险感知结果负责； 2、通过深入外部黑产渠道，推动数据、算法、工程等各团队共同建设感知策略，识别和深挖作弊问题，分析风险成因； 3、聚焦业务目标，协调内外部相关资源，推动典型风险处置落地，及业务相关产品、流程、机制优化。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机/网络安全/信息安全/统计学等相关专业优先； 2、对互联网相关风险有一定的敏感度，对各类作弊行为有感知，能够准确的描述和识别作弊特征； 3、熟练掌握SQL和Excel，具有数据分析相关经验，有Agent搭建经验者优先； 4、拥有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，沟通协调能力强； 5、对未知领域有好奇心和探索精神，有较强的自驱力和学习能力，喜欢接受挑战，追求极致。
