1、培训产品的体系建设与研发，主导全品类产品矩阵的顶层设计与体系化搭建，立足产品迭代方向与边界，持续提升产品的市场竞争力与行业适配性； 2、商业化链路跑通与增长，打通从培训产品设计到价值变现的全链路商业闭环，沉淀可复制的增长方法论与标杆案例，驱动年度商业化业绩指标的高效达成； 3、能够独立完成产品方案的Pitch宣讲，输出贴合客户需求的定制化方案等，支撑商机转化； 4、项目交付与客户价值落地，独立完成客户培训、公开课、内部宣讲等场景的讲授任务，具备客户预期管理、项目风险预判与问题闭环能力，保障项目顺利通过客户验收； 5、模式创新与能力沉淀，基于飞书现有产品能力与AI技术优势，迭代升级传统培训交付方法论，探索「工具产品+方法论+服务」的新交付模式。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上企业培训//企业服务产品研发经验，具备独立完成商业化培训产品设计及相关经验，具备风险预判、解决客户问题的能力； 2、具备敏锐的市场洞察能力，能够从数据、客户需求中提炼业务价值，输出可落地的培训产品解决方案或产品； 3、强跨部门沟通、协调能力，能够独立推动项目落地； 4、结果导向、有韧性，能够在多线并行下完成工作； 5、具备优秀的公开演讲与商务宣讲能力，控场能力佳，能够独立面向企业中高层输出专业方案；能快速赢得客户信任，且有丰富的一号位对话经验，能灵活适配各种沟通风格。
