1、负责品类营销活动策划与落地执行，具体事项包括但不限于类目圈选、盘商盘品、店播/达人直播场次盘点、资源规划、生意/投广指标明确等，能完整跟进活动全程，确保把控到位、指标达成，并完成清晰有效的复盘； 2、结合品类营销活动主题与特色，策划落地有亮点的内容玩法，包括但不限于短视频、直播、AI等创新技术应用等，内容形式上有创新，观看和转化指标上有可量化结果； 3、关注品类营销活动中头部达人的协同，包括但不限于品牌x头部达人场次撮合、头部达人内容大场策划落地、头部达人营销合作策划落地等，借活动资源放大头部达人增量、借头部达人势能提升活动爆发。

1、具备品类营销活动运营工作经验，有电商平台品类活动团队从业经历优先； 2、具备优秀的品类活动策划、创意与全案输出能力，有成熟的品类营销活动案例； 3、具备内容创意与策划能力，有不局限于常规玩法的亮点内容案例； 4、具备一定的头部达人合作经验，对头部达人撮合、营销合作等在方式方法、难点及解法上有认知、有实操经验； 5、具备数字化营销思维、品效合一的交易业务思维，有内容转化、流量变现的实操经验，懂数据、懂链路、懂业务落地； 6、具备良好的资源挖掘、沟通谈判、整合联动能力，可自主开拓合作资源、创造合作机会，独立完成资源联动与活动放大落地，目标感较强，拥有高度的主人翁意识和自驱力，工作主动高效、逻辑清晰，具备独立扛项目、解决问题的能力，结果导向。
