1、主导先进归因（Attribution）与校准（Calibration）框架的设计、验证与规模化推广，超越传统末次点击模型；作为MMP领域专家（AppsFlyer、Kochava、Adjust、Singular、Branch等），排查归因缺口，优化App效果追踪；开发并落地校准框架，弥合平台上报数据与MMP数据之间的差异，保障数据准确性； 2、在App度量、用户获取（UA）、二次触达（Re-engagement）与留存分析方面提供深度支持； 3、将技术分析结论转化为可落地的业务洞察，搭建自动化看板，在组织内规模化输出； 4、与跨区域、跨职能团队（销售、产品等）协作，并持续跟踪归因与隐私政策演进（SKAN、Privacy Sandbox等）行业趋势。

1、统计学、经济学、计算机科学、营销分析等相关专业本科及以上学历，具备数字营销、营销科学或度量分析领域实战经验； 2、熟练使用MMP工具（AppsFlyer、Adjust、Branch、Singular等），深入理解归因方法论与广告效果度量； 3、具备以App为业务经验，涵盖用户获取（UA）、二次触达（Re-engagement）与留存度量； 4、有校准框架搭建经验，能有效弥合平台上报数据与MMP数据之间的差异； 5、熟悉隐私驱动的度量方案（如SKAN、Privacy Sandbox、建模归因等），持续跟踪行业趋势； 6、出色的问题解决与沟通能力，能将复杂分析转化为清晰、可执行的业务洞察。
