1、政策架构与标准体系建设：负责Act或Suspension政策框架的搭建与维护，包含适用范围、核心定义、处罚判定；建立可落地的判定标准，明确证据要求、判定口径、理由撰写规范与条件，提升可解释性；维护政策文档与版本管理机制，确保政策更新清晰可追溯，便于一线稳定执行； 2、一致性判定与政策落地机制：建立与账号封禁运营及申诉团队的常态化工作闭环，持续收集高频争议点、模糊边界与执行痛点；主导边界案例评审，将案例结论固化为政策澄清、决策树、Reviewer指引与可复用判断模板；组织校准与宣导机制，推动政策理解一致，降低跨人、跨团队、跨地区的执行差异； 3、风险形态洞察与效果评估：基于案例、运营信号与趋势观察识别新型风险模式与漏洞，提出针对性政策响应与闭环方案；定义并跟踪政策健康指标，例如判定一致性、申诉结果分布、误伤信号、审核与申诉效率等，用于指导迭代；对重大政策变更与关键事件开展复盘，沉淀改进点并转化为长期机制与文档更新； 4、跨团队推进与系统化交付：与产品、研发、法务、合规及相关风险团队协作，对政策目标、关键权衡与发布节奏达成一致；将政策需求转化为可执行的流程与系统能力，包括SOP、证据链规范、升级路径、工作流优化与自动化机会；在高风险事件中提供快速政策口径支持，并推动事后动作落入长期治理机制。

1、3年及以上信任与安全、广告风控、反作弊、风险治理、政策运营或相关经验； 2、具备优秀的政策写作与结构化能力，能把复杂案例提炼为清晰、可执行、可复用的标准与指引； 3、具备强跨团队协作与推动能力，能在信息不完整、分歧较大场景下推进决策与落地； 4、具备良好的风险判断与平衡能力，理解误伤与漏放的权衡，并能形成可操作的治理方案； 5、可用英文与全球团队沟通协作，适应跨时区合作。
