1、互联网商业分析/数据分析/经营分析/策略经验，且有电商等交易类业务中等有相关工作经验者优先； 2、有较强的逻辑思维能力，独立数据处理能力，能够识别出影响问题解决的关键因素，能独立承担策略分析及推进落地； 3、有系统思维与解决方案输出经验，能结合业务需求与商家痛点，输出结构化的系统优化方案； 4、会使用AI工具在数据处理分析、定性研判等方向提升工作效率； 5、性格外向，擅长人际沟通，能协调上下游推进复杂的项目落地。
