日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助完成企业文化内容生产，包括但不限于创意策划、人物故事、业务报道等，尤其需擅长创意内容，通过创意内容传播公司文化及管理理念； 2、支持新媒体渠道的发布和运营，通过渠道运营、社群互动等运营手段，增加文化内容影响力； 3、具备全球化视角和快速学习能力，与全球的内容团队合作，共创适合跨文化传播的创意内容； 4、支持部门其他日常运营工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，新闻学、传播学、社会学等相关专业； 2、有媒体、市场等相关实习经验者优先，有出色的创意内容能力，并且有独立的内容作品，产出过爆款作品者优先； 3、对跨界创新有充分的思考力及洞察力，对新事物、新知识的理解与学习能力强，视野开阔、思维活跃； 4、每周可实习5天，至少连续实习3个月以上；实习时长不少于6个月的同学优先； 5、有较好的英语沟通能力，英文可以作为工作语言者优先。
