1、本科及以上学历，2-3年相关数据分析、业务分析经验，有电商、生活服务等业务链路经验为佳，有商业分析、策略分析经验者优先； 2、熟悉常用数据统计和分析方法，熟练掌握SQL等数据分析工具； 3、思辨能力强，对新事物有高度好奇心，能独立开展工作，具备良好的沟通和推动能力； 4、有良好的数据分析能力和商业建模能力，结构化思维强。
