1、参与国际化本地生活服务搜索策略、C端搜索产品（餐饮、酒旅、景点、休娱等）体系搭建； 2、结合业务场景、视频内容和供需双侧画像等，优化Query语义理解、场景化召回与个性化排序策略； 3、探索短视频Feed流与搜索结果的创新结合方式，打造"所见即所得"的本地生活服务搜索场景； 4、建立内容-用户-商户的三角价值评估体系，平衡内容和交易，通过实验驱动搜索GMV转化率与用户体验双提升； 5、完成知识积累沉淀，不断优化搜索工具体系，迭代团队产出效率。

1、有互联网策略产品经验，有搜索推荐或商业化等经验者优先，熟悉短视频内容生态者优先； 2、对本地生活或零售行业有了解，熟悉业务转化漏斗，有业务场景下策略优化经验优先； 3、熟悉CV/NLP技术在搜索推荐、内容理解中的应用，有AIGC应用经验者加分； 4、数据驱动型思维，掌握SQL/Python等数据分析工具，能独立完成较复杂场景数据分析。
