1、红果短剧产品及内容战略团队，负责短剧等泛文娱赛道的战略规划和专项落地，擅长专项突破，发现新机会并帮助业务规划关键路径； 2、深度观察和研究国内外行业，通过定量和定性的行业、产品、数据和用户调研为公司管理层和业务核心团队提供决策支持，和业务方共同探索业务模式并提供策略设计，分析和落地支持； 3、以战略目标为基础，对业务方各类经营指标进行日常监控和经营分析专题研究，协助业务侧制定年度/季度业务目标，规划实现路径，持续分析业务结果，支持业务复盘与决策； 4、横向联动产品、运营、内容、推荐、研发等团队，推进部门间重点项目的沟通协作，推进战略落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有战略分析实习经历，有文娱方向、内容产品策略经验者优先，有数据分析、经营分析、商业分析实习经验者优先； 3、具备数据分析、统计知识，熟练使用SQL，SPSS、Tableau、Python等分析工具使用经验加分； 4、有数据分析背景者优先。
