1、负责规划设计并落地海外支付、金融等业务的计费、收费系统，在交易支付环节中对C类/B类客户进行各类费用计算、费用收取、账单提供等产品能力； 2、承担计费、账单等通用平台能力建设，包括建立适配多业务场景、多类型费用的计费引擎、费用管理、实收/后收能力等产品，建立核心质量指标追踪并持续提升； 3、负责协调公司内外部资源进行落地，包括与技术、法务、财务、风控、政策等各岗位进行沟通和协调，推动系统对接外部服务商实现自动化开票等。

1、本科及以上学历，三年以上海外支付机构相关工作经验，或海外业务计收费、计税、商户结算等工作经验； 2、熟悉电商、ToB业务、支付业务等的计收费系统设计；熟悉支付系统、交易系统或业财系统等的流程与产品方案设计； 3、具备复杂平台产品需求抽象能力，有较强的数据分析能力，能够发现系统中的问题，并独立提出解决方案； 4、推动力强，具有良好的协调沟通能力、组织能力和项目管理能力，能有效协调内外部资源推动项目进展。
