日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与全球化商业产品建设：深入理解不同市场的用户需求和业务场景，参与任务系统需求分析、方案设计及体验优化，推动产品在全球市场落地； 2、通过数据挖掘产品机会：分析用户行为、产品使用及业务结果数据，发现产品问题与优化机会，并通过数据衡量产品价值； 3、探索AI产品应用：参与AI在客户洞察、内容生成、智能推荐、自动化工作流等场景的产品设计与落地； 4、参与产品全流程推进：协助完成用户调研、需求分析、方案设计、测试及上线，与研发、数据、运营等团队协作推动项目落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对产品、AI应用或数据分析有兴趣，具备良好的逻辑分析和沟通能力； 3、具备英文沟通能力，能够适应国际化业务环境； 4、每周可实习5天，可连续实习3个月及以上； 5、有产品、AI、数据相关实习或项目经历优先，有个人AI/Vibe coding项目加分。
