1、参与企业员工健康管理体系搭建与落地，包含体检套餐定制、异常指标解读、健康风险筛查、慢病干预等工作； 2、结合员工体检数据、生活方式、工作特性，开展人群健康风险评估、数据分析、风险预警； 3、参与规划和评审各类健康科普、工区健康服务等线下、线上健康内容，为员工提供专业健康咨询指导； 4、协同公司内其他部门，在必要场景提供医学视角评估建议； 5、负责健康管理制度、流程、标准的梳理与迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，临床医学、预防医学、公共卫生等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的临床医学、公共卫生、慢病管理、健康筛查专业知识，熟悉体检项目、临床指标解读、常见职场慢病风险干预逻辑； 3、有企业健康管理、三甲医院体检中心、健康管理机构相关经验优先，熟悉员工健康体系运营模式； 4、具备良好的数据解读、风险研判、内容科普能力，能够独立输出健康方案、人群健康分析报告； 5、沟通逻辑清晰，服务意识强，能够平衡专业性与企业文化、用户体验； 6、持有执业医师、公共卫生医师、健康管理师等相关证书优先。
