1、支持部门内部会议、机制沉淀、项目管理相关文档等资料的中英文互译，能够按时、保质、保量交付； 2、支持部门内部项目日常运营及推进，包括但不限于会议文档准备、与各部门协调沟通、问题及风险暴露、数据报告整理及同步、会议待办事项跟进落地等； 3、支持部门内部会议及分享活动的筹备工作，包括但不限于通知发送、设备/同传安排、会邀发送等； 4、支持其他部门相关事项的推进，包括但不限于内部知识库维护、词汇库搭建及维护等； 5、支持部分项目管理，担任项目助理，包括项目计划的撰写，任务的跟进和会议纪要，风险记录等。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、良好的沟通协调能力，能够有效顺畅的沟通，并促成结果落地；英语综合能力佳，能够胜任全英文工作环境（书面及口语）； 3、工作踏实细致，学习能力强，有责任感和自驱力； 4、在学校有过负责项目管理的经验或有相关实习经验尤佳； 5、每周3天及以上，能够持续实习5个月以上。
