日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：商业化战略与运营团队是全球商业解决方案团队下的二级部门，整体负责全球的商业化战略、生态安全策略和广告销售运营与规划。

1、数据分析：进行分析以得出可操作的洞察，包括数据下载、清理、整理和分析；使用数据可视化工具制作幻灯片，清晰展示业务机会与差距；在数据可视化工具中使用SQL创建私有字段，以便有效跟踪销售指标；构建并维护绩效仪表板，以跟踪关键指标并评估产品计划的影响； 2、战略规划：提供数据驱动的洞察，识别差距并优先推动增长的计划；研究商业趋势、竞争策略和市场需求，以支持创意产品开发的长期规划； 3、全球利益相关者管理：与跨职能团队（包括销售、市场、产品和数据团队）合作，确保战略一致性；准备领导层报告，展示创意产品计划的绩效并为关键业务决策提供信息； 4、你将常驻中国，支持拉美业务，并与巴西圣保罗的团队成员直接合作，沟通和交付内容将以英语进行。

1、本科及以上学历在读，商业、市场营销、经济学、计算机科学等相关专业优先； 2、具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力，注重数据驱动的决策； 3、熟练使用Microsoft PowerPoint、Excel和SQL； 4、优秀的英语沟通能力，能够清晰地表达复杂想法； 5、有管理咨询、战略、产品管理或数字广告技术领域的实习经验者优先； 6、具备较强的协作能力，能够与跨职能团队高效合作；积极主动，具备自我驱动的心态，能够在动态环境中管理多个项目并按时完成任务。
