1、通过业务了解，构建完整指标体系衡量电商履约和配送的执行情况，协同数据BP合作共建数据基建，制作数据看板，有效披露业务进展与风险； 2、从商家、用户、平台等视角洞察履约配送的问题现状，结合业务理解提供业务优化机会，辅助业务决策； 3、积极主动跨团队沟通和协作，推动履约配送策略在各个场景落地；针对策略设计科学高效的实验方案并进行影响评估和解读，迭代业务认知； 4、独立承担复杂分析任务，运用各类数据分析技术产出洞察，并能沉淀关键分析思路，推动数据产品化进程。

1、1年以上数据分析工作经验，具备电商行业/物流行业履约配送经验者优先，计算机、统计学、数学专业优先； 2、熟练使用Excel、精通SQL、Hive，至少可以熟练使用一种数据可视化分析工具，擅长R和Python者优先； 3、具备构建数据指标体系知识框架，曾有过构建指标体系经验；掌握基本数据分析方法，熟悉A/B实验与因果推断，对数据落地到业务有一定经验，有专业的分析报告撰写能力； 4、自驱力强、沟通表达能力优、目标感强、协调推动能力强。
