1、负责基于LLM生成式模型的设计与优化，探索生成式技术在用户兴趣建模、个性化推荐中的创新应用，提升推荐效果与用户体验； 2、探索LLM、Agent和RL SOTA核心技术在推荐系统各阶段（包括召回/粗排/精排/混排）模型的创新应用，实现模型高效Scaling Up，提升模型效果； 3、深入研究并应用多模态技术，融合文本、图像、视频等信息，提升对内容和用户意图的理解能力，为生成式推荐提供坚实的表征基础； 4、负责营销内容和推荐内容的混合排序，通过生成式、强化学习、Listwise建模等方式，提升全局业务价值； 5、从广告业务出发，负责长期价值建模、广告用户增长、用户体验策略等工作，促进各端的长期价值提升； 6、基于LLM和VLM实现用户需求挖掘，并结合post-train、多模态等技术能力，端到端构建大模型推荐内容生成能力。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机、人工智能、统计学、电子信息等相关专业； 2、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决有挑战的问题充满激情，良好的沟通表达和团队精神； 3、对人工智能领域前沿技术充满好奇心，熟悉深度学习、LMM、强化学习等相关技术的原理和应用； 4、熟悉至少一种主流深度学习模型训练框架（TF/PyTorch），具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 5、有Agent相关技术或者经验。
