1、负责营销IP的策略、玩法与执行，协助统筹生意拆分、传播策划等全流程IP项目管理工作； 2、结合市场/业务洞察及抖音生态，联动品牌打造具有行业先锋性营销事件，沉淀对市场和行业有影响力的IP营销案例； 3、拆解营销IP执行链路，结合关键节点，对内容、生意、供给有强判断力，BD品牌重点资源，包括不限于独家供给、独家营销资源、核心资源投入，帮助品牌通过营销IP实现生意增长； 4、内容敏感度强、极具创意，能及时捕捉社会热点、趋势、高热元素，并转化为可执行可系列化内容模式，联动品牌打造年轻化营销创意，完成直播内容升级； 5、对具体模块进行阶段性复盘，持续沉淀并迭代营销IP模式和产品能力，不断探索创新玩法。

1、具备品牌方市场营销工作经验，有营销IP、营销活动相关经验优先； 2、5年市场营销相关工作经验以上，有独立操盘营销大事件经验，具备较强的创意能力，有综艺、创意热店、或事件营销相关经验优先； 3、具备扎实的市场营销功底和成长性思维，对品牌/品类增长有全域理解和增长策略； 4、具备较强的沟通协调及谈判能力，能独立完成品牌方对接/谈判、跨部门沟通协调及资源整合； 5、喜欢了解接受新鲜事物，兴趣广泛，对营销热点及用户消费趋势敏感度高，善于应用AI创意工作流。
