1、负责生活服务达人体验方向指标制定和达成，利用高效友好的工具产品，科学的策略产品等，持续提升重点创造者在平台的体验； 2、通过数据分析、调研等方式，发现、跟踪、分析体验问题，定位体验痛点问题，协调产品/运营手段推动问题解决，提升处置体验整体指标； 3、能够站在创作者角度思考体验工作，深入全流程的体验洞察，提炼体验的关键需求和痛点并持续设计产品优化迭代方案，定位高频、痛点问题场景，针对性设计完成解决策略和方案，并推动落地，拿到作者体验改善的验证和结果； 4、负责服务项目/新业务承接，评估及落地工作，根据项目协调体验服务中心各团队，确保项目平稳执行，预防未知风险。

1、本科及以上学历，有用户体验/运营/产品等工作经历者优先； 2、逻辑清晰，乐于分析事件本质，擅长系统性的解决问题，亲和力强，沟通和协同能力卓越，擅长牵引跨部门的合作达成； 3、具备优秀的数据分析能力，擅长通过波动的数据合理归因； 4、能独立负责体验项目管理和方案设计，具备创新思维，实现用户体验上的突破。
