1、全球数据合规法规知识库构建：协助梳理全球重点市场（如东南亚、拉美、欧洲）关于金融支付、数据保护及运营韧性的法律法规，并按照数据合规具体要求进行结构化标注； 2、数据合规风险量化与分析：支持企业数据合规风险的识别与评估，参与定义数据合规关键指标，运用大模型、数据分析等基础工具对数据合规防御手段的有效性进行量化追踪； 3、合规产品化与平台运营：支持内部数据合规平台的日常运营，参与设计数据合规产品能力，提升合规管理效能； 4、跨部门协作支撑：深度支持跨部门数据合规合作项目，梳理金融支付相关业务流程中的数据合规场景/风险/防御现状等，针对不同业务场景需求提供数据合规支持，确保数据合规要求落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，信息安全、计算机科学、数据法学等专业优先； 2、具备互联网支付金融行业数据安全、隐私保护实习经验者优先； 3、逻辑思维清晰，抽象能力强，具备良好的风险敏感度； 4、主动性强，具备良好的沟通协作能力、责任心； 5、能够熟练使用英语进行口头和书面沟通； 6、每周至少实习3天，持续3个月或以上。
