1、负责字节跳动集团旗下飞书业务线的品牌设计工作，涵盖但不仅限于新产品品牌视觉塑造、品牌规范制定与运营迭代、品牌资产管理与运营、礼品周边及重要营销活动等设计工作； 2、具备优秀的审美素养，扎实的视觉设计基础功底，从核心视觉符号到应用场景，输出有辨识度、贴合业务定位的创意方案，并推动全流程落地； 3、能够深入对接业务负责人，精准理解需求背后的业务目标与场景诉求，输出定制化视觉方案； 4、将AI工具融入日常设计流程，利用AI提升创意产出效率与视觉表达深度，探索AIGC在品牌设计中的创新应用场景。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上品牌设计经验，能独立负责从策略到落地全流程，过往有成熟案例； 2、精通品牌视觉塑造、规范体系搭建与礼品设计，具备扎实的平面设计基础、优秀的排版能力与前沿审美，能持续输出有创意、有记忆点的视觉作品，且对设计细节有严格把控； 3、具备强业务视角与全局意识，能深入理解业务逻辑，从业务价值角度分析需求、判断设计方向，输出贴合业务目标的方案；擅长跨部门沟通协作，能清晰传递设计思路并推动共识达成； 4、掌握AIGC设计工具的基本操作，能将其应用于创意发散、素材生成等环节，具备通过AIGC提升设计效率的意识与实践能力； 5、拥有强烈的主人翁意识与设计使命感，对品牌设计有热爱与执着，愿意主动探索行业趋势。
