1、设计和研发办公安全系统，包括网络准入控制、终端安全管控等，建设字节跳动零信任办公安全基础设施； 2、建设持续合规、安全验证框架，度量企业安全防护能力和管控效率，保障企业安全管控无漏洞。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、信息安全、软件工程等相关专业优先，具备扎实的计算机科学基础； 2、具备良好的软件工程能力，熟悉至少一门后端编程语言，能够独立完成系统设计、编码实现、测试验证和系统运维； 3、对代码和业务的关系有深入理解，对安全管控的有效性、误伤率、用户体验和运营效率有敏感度； 4、理解零信任安全框架，熟悉身份可信、设备可信、网络访问控制、权限最小化、持续验证、动态授权等核心理念，并能将安全理念转化为可落地的工程系统； 5、具备数据驱动安全的意识和能力，能够通过数据分析、指标体系和持续度量发现安全风险、评估管控效果，并推动安全策略和产品能力持续优化。

加分项 1、对AIAgent等新技术有持续好奇心，关注其在企业安全、安全验证、策略分析等场景中的应用； 2、具备一定产品设计能力，能够从用户、管理员、审计者和攻击者等不同视角理解问题； 3、具备企业内部安全基础设施建设经验，理解企业环境中的灰度发布、兼容性、可观测性、故障降级和大规模运营挑战。
