1、负责抖音集团智能激励与营销核心服务的架构设计与研发，参与在线决策引擎（候选生成、价值预估、出价、决策、分账全链路）的演进与重构，支撑业务在亿级流量下持续快速迭代； 2、负责SSP/DSP等业务策略的工程化落地，支撑电商、本地生活、用户增长等多元营销场景，保障业务快速、稳定发展； 3、负责自动化投放、激励投放、实时出价与寻优决策等核心系统的架构建设，将竞价拍卖、预算控制、多方出资与分账等机制沉淀为通用工程能力，为丰富的激励与营销诉求提供系统解决方案； 4、构建高性能、高可用的在线服务框架，承载高吞吐、毫秒级延迟的SSP/DSP系统需求，参与全链路监控、容灾降级与大促保障体系建设，守护真实资金交易链路的稳定； 5、参与下一代策略平台与工程智能化建设，推动策略算子化、可插拔框架以及AI辅助研发、智能排障等能力落地，持续提升策略研发与验证效率。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，具备扎实的计算机基础； 2、熟悉Linux操作系统和开发环境，熟练掌握C++/Golang/Java中至少一种编程语言并深入理解语言特性，具备良好的数据结构、算法基础和系统设计能力； 3、对高性能在线服务、分布式计算、存储、机器学习、服务治理中的一项或多项有深入理解； 4、具备良好的工程素养，重视代码质量、测试覆盖、灰度发布和线上稳定性； 5、工作积极主动，责任心强，善于沟通，具备良好的团队协作能力。

加分项： 1、有互联网广告系统（SSP/DSP/ADX/RTB）、竞价拍卖机制、实时出价与预算控制、计费结算等相关开发经验； 2、有搜索引擎、个性化推荐系统、机器学习系统工程化相关经验； 3、有大促保障、支付或交易类高并发资金链路系统的稳定性建设经验； 4、有策略引擎、规则平台、算子化框架建设经验，或大模型在研发提效、智能排障方向的实践经验； 5、有AI Coding相关的长程任务自动化研发技能经验。
