1、统一管控服务研发：负责大数据存储产品HDFS、缓存产品CFS/EIC、数据管理产品DMC的产品管控研发与交付；面向内部运维运营及云上多租户的场景，构建和完善统一的租户面与运维面管控能力； 2、核心数据流动能力建设：建设和优化通用的数据流动能力，包括但不限于数据传输、数据沉降、数据预热、副本管理、副本迁移、数据均衡等核心数据流动能力的开发和建设； 3、深度数据洞察体系构建：负责数据洞察相关能力的建设，包括大数据存储元数据、性能、容量、网络等多维度数据的采集、ETL（Extract,Transform,Load）处理及数据仓库建设；支持从客户端、集群、目录到文件级别的精细化统计与分析，驱动产品决策与资源优化； 4、横向运营管理平台化：参与横向运营管理平台的建设与协作，覆盖需求预算、资源规划、成本优化（如提升资源利用率与售卖率）等方向，与产品经理、SRE、及其他研发团队紧密协作，提升整体运营效率。

1、具备扎实的分布式系统或大数据存储方向的工程经验，对HDFS及其生态有深入理解或实践； 2、熟练掌握Golang/Java/Python中至少一种语言，具备优秀的工程实践能力；熟悉Linux系统，对网络与IO模型有深刻理解； 3、具备强烈的责任心和负责人意识，对系统可靠性与版本迭代质量有高标准要求；具备优秀的跨团队沟通与协作能力，能与SRE、PD、前端、测试等角色高效配合，共同推进项目交付。

优先考虑： 1、熟悉大数据技术生态，如Alluxio、JuiceFS、Hadoop等； 2、具备Kubernetes（K8s）相关实践经验。
