1、支持字节跳动雇主品牌各渠道的创意内容策划，生产高品质、有影响力的内容（包括但不限于视频、图文等形式）； 2、参与运营抖音等渠道的雇主品牌官方账号，通过多种方式提升渠道的影响力； 3、借助AI工具实现内容创新，支持各招聘项目的传播策划并推动落地，产生真实效果； 4、支持部门其他雇主品牌运营或策划的工作。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、对内容有热情，思维活跃，脑洞大，审美好，有比较强的创意能力； 3、能熟练使用AI工具进行内容创作，并应用到日常工作中； 4、对社交媒体流行信息有高敏锐度，打造过爆款传播且附作品者优先； 5、每周实习5天，实习时长不少于5个月的同学优先。
