1、参与商户钱包的用户调研，包括用户访谈、问卷调查等，收集并分析商家反馈和需求，形成可行的产品方案； 2、负责电商商户钱包产品的全链路用户体验分析，识别用户痛点与关键卡点，提出改进建议并推动落地； 3、参与搭建AI驱动的商户画像与分层运营体系，基于钱包交易流水、结算、提现等数据，结合SQL与AI辅助分析，构建GMV分层、资金周转、风险等级等多维画像标签，产品化输出给一线BD/运营/风控团队，驱动差异化策略； 4、负责产品Go-To-Market，主导活动策划、执行与效果分析，推动搭建AI-Native的GTM物料生产链路（文案、Push、FAQ、功能UI原型），探索「一人一信」式的千商千面触达机制，显著提升物料产出效率与转化； 5、与产品、设计、研发、运营团队协作，参与设计面向商户的AI助手/Copilot（如智能对账、开户引导、提现诊断）场景，参与需求定义、Prompt与交互设计、效果评估，推动AI能力在钱包核心链路中的产品化落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、对互联网产品和用户体验有浓厚兴趣，具备优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，具备自主数据分析能力和相关技能，积极主动，有责任心，学习能力强； 3、AI工具深度使用者：熟练使用ChatGPT/Claude/Cursor等主流AI工具，有Prompt Engineering、AI辅助分析、AI原型/物料生成等可展示作品；对LLM、RAG、Agent等概念有基本理解，能将其映射到业务问题中； 4、有B类业务的市场客户调研、客户推广、运营经验者优先。
