1、基于Multi-Agent体系搭建与优化，优化抖音短视频生态流量分配机制，通过学习与复用人类治理经验，让智能体持续落地解决各类内容生态治理实际问题； 2、建设并迭代生态治理知识库、样本库，搭建生态大模型评测体系，定位智能体现存问题，完成根因分析并推动模型持续优化； 3、探索Agent自动化标注与评估全流程，包括但不限于通过提示词工程（PE）优化、搭建智能体与Workflow实现自动化标注，使用Python开展应用效果评估等； 4、深度挖掘内容生态治理业务痛点，将问题定义、违规内容召回识别、严重度与量级分析、归因复盘等需求，抽象为可落地的Agent任务与运营方案，并推动上线验证与效果迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，2–5年大语言模型（LLM）应用运营、内容治理、平台生态风控等相关工作经验； 2、熟悉内容生态运作机制，深刻理解平台风险类型与治理逻辑，具备清晰的平台合规与生态导向判断力，有完整内容生态治理项目经验者优先； 3、掌握大模型应用迭代方法论，具备扎实提示词工程能力（结构化表达、模板化设计、版本管理、回归测试），有内容分析、风险识别、违规治理场景落地经验者优先； 4、深入理解多智能体（Multi-Agent）系统、任务拆解、自动化规划、强化学习、提示词工程、上下文工程等一项或多项技术方向，有AI Agent相关落地项目经验者优先； 5、熟练使用主流数据分析工具，能够独立使用Python或借助AI工具编写代码，辅助完成Agent搭建、评估与流程自动化。
