1、策划组织部门活动：包括但不限于管理研讨会、全员面对面和员工文化活动等大小型活动； 2、负责部门日常行政事务及工位规划管理：包括但不限于费用管理、宣传表彰、礼品定制、制度传达等日常行政事务，以及根据业务需求协调工位资源、合理规划工位以满足业务发展； 3、负责内外部沟通与关系协调：把控业务需求，整合多方资源，协同推进跨部门复杂项目顺利落地； 4、参与优化完善助理体系整体的管理目标、工作流程，推进各项工作的标准化，结合实际工作提出创新性改进建议； 5、完成业务方交办的其他临时性工作与项目型工作。

1、本科及以上学历，有2年及以上会议与活动策划相关工作经验优先； 2、具备会议与活动全流程策划、组织执行经验，善于结合业务场景提出创新化、可落地的活动方案； 3、具备优秀的信息管理、文本处理与设计能力，灵活运用各类AI工具，掌握基础作图及视频剪辑工具操作； 4、具备良好的服务意识与沟通协调能力，应变灵活、执行力强，易融入团队，能快速获得业务方信任与认可； 5、具备敏锐的观察力与风险意识，主动挖掘业务部门潜在需求，拥有资源整合、统筹规划与综合判断能力； 6、善于系统性沉淀工作方法与经验成果，有团队协作精神，愿意与团队共同成长。
