1、协助优化社交工具App行业类客户效果广告的投放策略和深度转化迭代等相关工作； 2、深入分析广告投放环节，如流量分配、投放、出价、创意展示等，提出优化建议并推进迭代； 3、密切关注行业动态和发展趋势，持续挖掘广告主诉求和行业机会，协助提升行业整体消耗，并不断优化广告主体验； 4、对信息流广告和投放策略（深度转化产品/模型/出价策略等）充分熟悉，并能结合广告主诉求和行业机会，寻找行业与现有产品的深入结合点，提出行业创新性解决方案，推动行业模式变革； 5、负责产品需求的设计、开发、上线、效果评估、迭代全流程。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备良好逻辑思维与数据分析能力，熟练掌握SQL进行数据提取与分析，学习能力强，能快速掌握新知识技能，适应一定强度挑战，有责任心； 3、有商业化产品、数据分析实习经验者优先； 4、对广告策略，工具/社交App有浓厚兴趣并了解行业动态者优先； 5、每周出勤5天，可以连续实习4个月及以上（6个月最佳）。
