1、负责财务经营管理相关的产品建设，包括管理报表、业财分析、经营分析指标体系搭建、财务数据治理等工作，推动字节跳动整体经营管理能力升级； 2、深入理解财务团队（如FP&A、财务BP）的分析需求，设计数据可视化、自动化报表、多维分析等工具功能； 3、负责业财数据仓库建设，构建架构清晰、灵活可复用的数据产品，支撑集团和各业务线的经营管理数据体系构建； 4、负责设计数据及可视化产品方案，协调各协作方制定产品计划，推进技术团队完成技术方案并落地实施，确保产品的开发进度和质量，保证产品功能顺利发布上线。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、财务、数学、统计学等相关专业； 2、具备财务分析产品、财务数据体系建设、数据治理经验者优先；具备数据仓库建设、数据可视化工具等数据/分析产品经验优先； 3、具备较强的产品规划和设计能力，关注用户体验及产品细节； 4、具备出色的沟通协调能力，可以高效独立地管理并推进项目；学习能力强，并具备独立分析和解决问题的能力。
