1、参与抖音平台B端产品及AI创新工具的设计工作； 2、协助把握B端业务的链路逻辑，根据业务目标拆解设计任务，跟进设计成果落地； 3、参与设计优化工作，助力提升产品质感，协助探索新功能的设计思路，利用AI工具提升设计效率和质量。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，设计类、数理统计类、计算机类等相关专业优先； 2、有设计相关课程、个人设计作品或者实习经历者优先，对AI技术及应用抱有好奇心和探索欲； 3、具备一定的美学素养和设计基础，关注细节、有追求卓越的意识，了解组件设计、设计系统等相关概念者更佳，能使用主流AI设计工具； 4、具备良好的学习能力和沟通表达能力，乐于团队协作，能积极配合项目推进； 5、对产品体验抱有强烈热情，有探索欲和创新精神，愿意在实践中提升专业技能，主动研究AI技术与产品设计结合的前沿案例。

加分项： 1、有尝试AI工具完成设计项目、作品的经历，或参与过AI相关设计项目/竞赛者； 2、有B端产品、数据可视化或复杂系统设计经验者优先； 3、拥有个人设计作品集； 4、获得过设计类竞赛奖项； 5、对特定AI设计工具的功能及应用场景有深入研究； 6、能分享实践经验者。
