1、负责直播分发的营收效率和效果，提升大盘营收、付费规模、付费关系等增长；负责推荐页、直播Tab、搜索、关注页、Push等场景的营收效率提升；结合营收产品功能和玩法，放大分发对用户付费的转化效果； 2、结合AI技术，理解用户和主播长期关系的建立路径，加速关系建立和价值；完成行为识别与意图理解，分析用户的付费动机，针对不同付费能力用户做针对性提升； 3、和数据科学、推荐、研发、运营等多团队紧密合作，提升分发营收价值。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上直播/短视频/内容社区策略经验，要求直播/短视频/内容社区从业者，行业经验和理解深； 2、有分发/生态/供给策略等长期经验，有技术背景优先（学习/相关经历），对推荐系统有深入理解； 3、框架能力好，业务拆解能力强；逻辑性强，数据分析能力突出； 4、理解主流大模型工作原理，具备大模型实际应用或项目经验者优先，对AI新技术、新工具保持高敏感度和持续学习能力； 5、职场成熟度高，跨团队统筹与协作能力强，自驱性高，有管理经验优先。
