日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深度追踪支付业务核心指标，建立异动监测体系，精准拆解业绩波动原因，进行归因分析与复盘，输出可落地的优化建议，为业务目标达成提供数据驱动与决策支持； 2、敏锐洞察支付行业政策与技术趋势，深度研究市场格局，整合市场数据生成专业报告，提炼关键见解，为业务战略制定、产品创新与市场拓展提供前瞻性指导； 3、高效链接产品、技术、财务等多部门，主动同步信息，疏通沟通壁垒，协调跨部门资源与行动，确保战略意图与业务需求精准对齐，驱动跨团队高效协同运转； 4、全流程跟进支付项目落地，严格把控项目节点与风险，协调解决执行障碍，推动跨部门协作，确保计划按时、高质量交付，保障业务战略与项目目标无缝落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，工商管理、金融等相关专业优先； 2、了解支付行业趋势和新兴技术，具有投资、咨询、会计或财务实习经验者优先，保证每周4-5天到岗，实习时长3个月及以上； 3、具备出色的分析能力与Excel操作技能，在战略研究、数据建模和业务估值方面经验丰富； 4、具有分析思维，能够将数据转化为可操作的见解和策略，可独立解读财务报表； 5、具备项目管理经验，能够在动态跨时区环境中专注交付结果，适应灵活； 6、有国际市场研究经验，商务英语流利，具备产品管理专业知识者优先。
