日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：数据平台是字节跳动数据中台部门，为公司多业务线（包括抖音、电商、直播和生活服务等）提供一站式大数据解决方案，涵盖数据的生产、清洗、传输、建模、分析等全流程链路，提供数据开发、实验评估、画像标签、增强分析等多元场景解决能力。同时，数据平台部门也致力于把字节跳动积累沉淀的数据中台解决方案做商业化输出，让更多行业能够应用我们的产品能力构建自己的数据中台。在火山引擎上，我们提供了营销增长套件，数据中台等相关产品解决方案，为泛互联网、金融、汽车、新零售等行业提供了行业解决方案。

1、数据增强算法优化：设计面向数据推理任务的Data-Centric算法框架，优化Reasoning Data合成链路，提升训练数据的逻辑一致性、领域适配性与多样性； 2、Test-Time Compute：负责数据大模型与推理大模型的创新结合，解决思维链生成中的Over/Under-Thinking问题，探索复杂数据分析任务的Reward最优实践收益(包括语义理解、执行正确、查询效率、洞察启发性等)； 3、推理大模型应用落地：跟进开源SOTA大模型的技术演进，实践Post-Training阶段的领域适配优化，在数据洞察机器人等产品中的验证应用价值，并基于评估体系实现效果的持续迭代，沉淀技术专利。

1、本科及以上学历在读，人工智能等相关专业优先（如计算机科学、数学、电子工程等）； 2、熟练使用Python、PyTorch等语言和代码库，熟悉大模型领域尤其是强化学习相关研究工作和算法，有大模型强化学习的研发基础，拥有高影响力会议论文（ICLR、NeurIPS、ICML等）、竞赛获奖经验者优先，有强化学习研究经验优先； 3、有优秀的学术视野和判断力，具备优秀的问题提出、分析和解决能力，良好的团队协作精神和沟通意识。
